About

So, a bit more info about me

My name is Morten, I am 25 years old, and I'm born and raised in Norway.  In my high school years I really got in to training, and I experienced how correct and effective training, combined with a healthy way of eating, drastically can change your body and life value. I did my Bachelor Of Exercise science in Norway and at Bond University in Australia. Working with people, helping  them change their life's has been a main passion for years, so I quickly finished my certifications in Cert 3 & 4 fitness with Human Performance Center at the Gold Coast.

As well as having a solid background of knowledge from my education, one of my main interests is to keep updated within training, nutrition, and everything that has to do with the human body by: following updated research, be active in forums, talking to coaches, and reading books. I do not follow the old training myths that 90% of the trainers, coaches, and nutritionists still do. By always keeping updated I know how to prescribe the best, and most effective way to get results.

I am not in to super complicated training programs, diets, supplements and "magic pills". You want to get fit, toned and athletic, and you are doing 5 different exercises for your biceps? Bulllsh**t!! When in life do you ever do a bicep curl, except picking up your groceries? I am a simple guy, and like to keep it simple with all my clients as well. Magazines, articles, and writers with no knowledge about how the human body works, tend to convince people  that everything has to be so damn complicated and fancy, well it's not. I go to the gym for 45min 3 times a week, I do not run, I do not do any boring cardio. I do my training, and I go home. I eat basically what I want, but I have some general "rules". Sometimes I indulge in bad foods, and I like having a beer when I'm thirsty, hell I even go binge drinking with my friends every now and then, and I don't feel guilty about it. I still consider myself as reasonable fit, I take care of my body, and I feel great. Sounds simple ? It is very simple, you just have to put in some effort in making some small changes.
